Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be in original packaging, unused, and free of stains/damage.
• Up to 2 items per order are eligible for a refund; exchanges and store credits have no item limit.
• Price difference on exchange: pay the difference if higher; receive the difference if lower.
• Processing begins after we receive and inspect the original item.
• Exchanged items are Final Sale (not eligible for further return/exchange).

Fees

• Refund to original payment method:Continental U.S.: $10 per orderHI/AK & International: $19.99 per order
• Exchanges / Store Credits: Free (no return/processing fee).

Refund Issuance

After inspection: refund to original method, store credit, or exchange.

If the original method is unavailable, we issue store credit.

Gifts: request within 30 days of the gift order; refund as store credit or to the original purchaser.
