Is the bamboo storage made of genuine materials?

Yes, all our products are crafted fromnatural solid bambooand **food-grade materials**—we do not use bamboo powder + plastic composite materials.
Do bamboo products have a bamboo scent?

New bamboo products may have a slight natural bamboo fragrance initially, which is normal. This scent will dissipate within1–3 daysif placed in a well-ventilated area.

What payment methods are supported?

Currently, we only support PayPal, as we are in the early startup stage.
Is there a price protection policy?

Within30 daysof placing your order, if the price of the same product on our official website decreases, you can contact customer service to apply for a price difference refund (order number and screenshot are required).

Return Policy
  • Returns can be requested within 30 days of receiving the order. 
  • The product must remain in its original packaging and be free from stains or damage. 
  • Each order allows a maximum of 2 items for return and refund, with a $10 processing fee for returns. 
  • You may also opt for exchange or store credits instead of a refund
1-Year Limited Warranty

We provide a1-year warrantycovering manufacturing defects (e.g., cracks in bamboo lids, defective sealing rings). Repairs or replacements will be offered free of charge, and we will bear the shipping costs.
